This past Friday (12-2-16) I pulled into the drive thru with another car. The car in front of me placed their order and pulled up my turn to order and the young lady comes on the speaker and says," Our system just went down". As I'm pulling forward I see her reach and give the driver ahead of me THEIR food. On top of that NO MONEY was ever exchanged for the food... I'm SO DISAPPOINTED in this Burger King..November 21, 2016
