  Horrible wings...it was dry, wings did not have enough sauce on it. To top it of, Horrible customer service, esp the manager!! She needs to go back to basic customer service training! Would never go back to this place.

  I was a regular at BWW. I would stop by on my way home and spend between $100-$350/week. I didn’t mind making this place my regular stop b/c I enjoyed some of the staff and enjoyed playing golden tee. Much like most of the people who know this location, new management came in after some managers were fired for misappropriating money, and they have definitely screwed things up.
  
  I convinced some friends to come down to Grand Prairie and meet me there to play some Golden Tee and hang out. About my 3rd game I was told by the bartender that Jessy (a new horrible manager) had cut me off. Never did he come by to tell me why or speak to me. Apparently I was cut off for no reason. I was given my tab and the bartender said sorry. I’m in my late 30’s and have never been cut off before. What a coward. He couldn’t even stop by to tell me why. I have heard from many customers, and staff, that the new management is trash…I have experienced that first hand. I promise that they will not see one penny from me. I know this place will close down soon with the horrible management and mediocre food. You are better going to Wingstop on Carrier or Pluckers in the highlands. Don’t waste your time with this place. You will be greatly disappointed.

  Service was horrible!!! Saw people show up 30 minutes after me and received their food before me... Waited for an hour before I was served by the manager! And that was the last of service I received until I got my check... Will not go there again and do not recommend this location the Collins and I-30 location is the best...

  Just left after host told us.... " if you want to have good service you have to wait to get seated" so there were 3-4 families waiting to get seated including us. Well my girls had to use the restroom and on our way there we saw 3 empty booths and 2 empty tables. We had waited 35 mins before we went to the restroom so on our way back we saw and told the host why haven't they sat any of the families if they have 5 open tables. She got attitude with us and said if you want to have good service you have to wait. We couldn't believe they have kids waiting looking bored and hungry so we just left . Went to Applebee's next door got seated my drink place my order and they change to tv to basketball game in less than 30 mins
